Tomatillo's in November!

In a recent thread someone asked to ID a plant and I said I thought it was a tomatillo but that they are a spring/summer veggie. What do I know??? (I can't find that thread now so started a new one.) I'll post a link to a gardening calendar that says tomatillo's can be started in Jan/Feb. Really. What the heck do I know?? ;-) Here's a nice specimen that recently popped up in my front yard edible garden.

hmmm, can't find the link button. Will try a second post in this thread.
