| I want a different black bamboo that will grow in my zone and does not run. This palm is in a 3 gallon right now and has rhizomes coming out the pot holes. |

I can trade you a clumping black 3 gal for yours. I'm not certain of the type... but its a clumper ... its a huge 50 gal planter I can take a slice of. Could you post a pic of the plant? Blessings, |

| Hi, anyone wanna take a stab at this? Previous owner had it in this same planter for 5+ years... says never saw escapees. I clipped alot out of the center cause it was ratty and moistly broke/dead culms. Its a 50 gal planter. Still feeling it in the back ;(
