Pale leaves

Hi

I got some wamin that has recently look less green. Its more to the paler green. What do you all think is lacking?

What conditions is the Wamin in? Is it in the cold? Potted? How old is the plant or how large is the plant?

What kind of soil is it planted in? Moisture?

its warm and potted at 30deg C in the day and I'm in Singapore? its a 2-3 years i think have clumps approx 2 inches. its planted in garden soil mixed with some burnt soil. We water every other day. so sorry that I omitted the info. did we do anything wrong?

It may be rootbound.

Also, does it get a lot of sun?
