They're so small I can't even see them. Must be from one of the ground cover bamboos.

I've never seen seeds like the number seven seeds...small and black.

Is it possible that nobody never see these seed before ?
I plant it and they come out (3 of 4 seed) 3 days ago.
I was a little bit suspicious that these seed are from bamboo, but now I am sure, because they grow like every other baby bamboo.

They are probably bamboo seeds, but which variety remains to be seen. The seeds I've seen all looked more like #6 seeds.

The seeds labeled #6 above do look like bamboo seeds, but I was skeptical that the black ones were bamboo, too. The problem with identifying bamboo from seeds is that a lot of the seeds look very similar, and some bamboo flower so infrequently that most of us will only see a few varieties of seeds in our lifetimes. I have two questions. Where did you get the seeds in the first place? Can you post pictures of what the seedlings look like when they get a little bigger? Thanks.

I by it from some women but she don't know anything about species of seed she is from Switzerland. I will post pictures when they grow enough to see some characteristics.
