I need advice on selecting a suitable bamboo to grow indoors : a clumping variety preferably, as it will be potted in a 10-15g planter and placed by a large, bright window in the bathroom. The window blinds are open most of the time during the day, and when it is closed, the lights are on, so it should not be a problem with low light. The bathroom enviroment is pretty humid, so no problem there either. I would like a variegated/interesting leaved specimen to bring the outdoors in. I have several houseplants, so I am not new to this, but no experience with bamboo.
