Moso or Moso Type that isnt aggressive

general_services

I have ten acres at 1700 ft elevation, heavy clay soil with good drainage, full sun or open spots with 150 year old oaks dotted here and there. Water is from irrigation only, via sprinklers or drip. Seasonal rain only, dry summers.

My question is: Are there any giant bamboos out there that can be controlled to clump in a grove without aggressively spreading? I have access to Moso, free for the digging but I want to make sure it is the right kind to plant. The primary use would be to screen an unsightly neighbor's yard, approximately 250 feet. The grove would be 20 feet deep. Also, if it is aggressive, what are ways it can be controlled?
