Transplanting bamboo

I have an established area of bamboo at my home and every year they send up new shoots in my yard. These shoots are anywhere from 1" to 6" in diameter. I usually just kick over those shoots that invade my lawn area while they are young. If I miss some I ususlly have to cut them down with a chainsaw.

My question is this...Is there any way for me to transplant those new shoots? I have a greenhouse and would love to grow some from pots to sell. Also, these new shoots are all different diameters. Does that have anything to do with age or variety?

If they can not be moved or transplanted, can you recommend a variety that I could purchase to grow and re-sell?

Thanks!
