Green Panda leaves dying after transplanting

pcan

I had to move my Green Panda bamboo that had been in the bed for about 2 years in March. I had to lower the bed as it was causing water damage to the house. I removed the bamboo, lowered the bed and placed it back where it was only about 12 inches lower. It was only out of the ground for a short period as I lowered the bed around it first before pulling it out, then lowered that spot and put it back. The bamboo is about 3 feet tall and dug up a large area around it as to not disturb the roots too much. I immidiately watered it with pond water mixed with a transplanting fertilizer made to help establish root growth. But it has been about 3 weeks now and most of the leaves are crunchy. Still slightly green but crunchy. The culms are still green and there are about 5% of green healthy leaves left. Do you think it will snap out of it? is this normal? Or should I start looking for another Green Panda to replace it?

Thanks for the help!
