Will my moso bamboo come back?

I had two year old seedlings in a pot in my apartment. They became infected with spider mites so i cut them all down. It has been a couple months and no new shoots. Did I kill this plant, or will it come back in spring once the sun gets strong and I can keep the pot outside? Any help would be appreciated.

I never tried one in a container, but it should come back next year, they only 'shoot' once a year, or at least the temperate boo's anyway. I don't think the tropical ones do more than once either, but I don't know. Should come back though, just keep it alive until then.
