| Is there anything that I should consider fertilizing my new bamboo clump with? It is a small parcel package bought clump that is about 1 foot high? I would like it to sprout up this spring/summer.
All of my other bamboo is already quite established and gets about 12-20 ft tall. I think it is moso basjoo. |

| Do you mean musa basjoo -- which is a hardy banana -- or Ph. pubescens, the bamboo commonly called "moso"? |
