Not sure, but my first guess would be Phyllostachys bambusoides 'Slender Crookstem' or P. b. 'White Crookstem'...one of the two.

I do not grow either, so I can't say for sure. below are your pics.

Thank you! I was leaning towards Yellow Groove...I've been trying to clean it up the past few days since the bamboo has killed a few trees hence the broken limbs you see. This already established bamboo has roots popped up about 15 feet on all sides.

Hi guys and gals, I'm having problems identifying my bamboo too. It grows about 15' tall with leaves as long as 12 inches. If I cut the stalk, a new shoot will spring from near the top of the stalk. I only have two pics at the moment and they are not very good, and I don't have a new shoot picture yet.
