February this year I got a dozen large root balls of p. vivax, 2ft.x2ft. some of the cane was 4 inches at the base and over 50 feet tall. most I had to cut down to just root balls to transport. They are in excellent soil with lots of mulch and water. So far they are shooting lots of small pencil size culms.I'm wondering how long until I can expect to get full size vivax. Also does japanese timber take as long as moso to mature? thanks, hank.
