Planted 9 Aurosulcata "Spectablis" last fall.

All sent up shoots this spring, have a couple of questions for the veterans:

1) When will the new shoots be completely leafed out? (right now the new shoots are reaching their max height and the branches are growing, but the leaves are not out yet)

2) What time of year do the rhizomes start running?

3) When will with new branches/leaves on the older culms be fully leafed out?
