Hi All, I'm in zone 10 South Florida. Last August/September I bought a new home and brought some of my old bamboo with me, which I dug up and replanted. 2 types that I still haven't seen any new shoots from. One is the Buddah Belly which looks great, about 6 feet tall and very lush with maybe 20 stalks total... its May 23rd and although it looks great, there are no new shoots. I remember last Summer the shoots were poking up pretty regularly. I also brought a clump of black bamboo with about 6 or 7 stalks maybe 12 feet tall or so which also look lush, but still no new shoots coming up. Will the new growths skip a season or could they still come up this year? Thanks! Al
