Wild Bamboo

I've been seeing some wild bamboo growing out behind my house next to a creek. I am just wondering if anyone can ID it. I will post some pics later today. It is not vey big, and it is definitly a runner. It is every where. I just want to know what kind it it so i know if it will every get big.

Do a google image search on cane break bamboo... just a hunch... let me know if it matches what you see.

Steve, do post a picture. Try to take a picture of the bottom of the culm and shoots if they have any.
