Late last summer I planted a Fargesia rufa Green Panda clump bamboo in ZN 5 Maine. It remained green until February temps dipped to zero. Last years leaves are brown and attached, the stems are green except for some tip dieback. New growth/leaves are starting along the existing stems and there are new green shoots at the base. Should I just leave the plant to do its thing or should I clip off the dead/brown tips? Is there anything else I should do as routine care. Thanks for your help!
