is my bamboo doin ok ?

just looking for some feedback

planted them about 6 months ago, and all of them grew a bit this year so far.

If they are green and putting up new shoots, they're fine. You will lose some leaves each year through normal change-out, so don't worry about a few yellow ones.

One question: Are those clumping bamboo or runners?

Bambusa oldhamii is a really nice bamboo. My only concern is that you have them set pretty close to the fence, and they may crowd into that fence as they mature. You might consider setting them further out from the fence while they are still small. Just a suggestion...
