Runners done, clumpers' turn

Well, the Moso, Castillon, and Temple 'boos seem to be done shooting for the year. Third shooting year for Castillon and it definitely slept/crept/leapt -- four divisions gave five shoots (year 1), 13 (year 2), and this year put up over 40! Not mature yet, but have my fingers crossed for size and numbers next year.

Now the clumpers are starting to kick in. B. m. 'Fernleaf', B. eutuldoides 'Viridivittata', and B. malingensis are all hard at work. Waiting impatiently for the B. multiplex to go because it should be mature sized shoots this year!

Since shooting is such a cool event, it's neat to have both runners and clumpers so the shooting process goes on for almost six months.
