Help ID this bamboo

Please help to ID this bamboo. We have it for 4 years and I have no idea what kind of bamboo that is.
Every ear it sends 2-3 new canes out and it does not spread too far from the original clump.
It has never shown any signs of cold damage here in Georgia.

It's a runner, and Phyllostachys from the sulcus. That's the easy part.

Ph. rubromarginata ?

The overall form, slight curve to the culms, size, shoots, and small number of new culms each year suggests Dulcis to me. Just a guess...

Thanks for your replies!
I did some research for the Ph. Rubromarginata and Dulcis.
My bamboo does not have red color on new shoots as Rubromarginata and does not have yellow green striping as Dulcis.
I think it looks more like Phyllostachys aurea. It is very invasive here in Georgia, but not on my property! I wish it can "infest" my backyard!
Any other ideas?

Thanks!

This could be PHYLLOSTACHYS Bambusoides aka Janpanese Giant Timple or Madake...

See if they have fine hair on some of the leaves like this

I have one planted on Sept 05 and have about 3 new shoots this year and the shoots are like this
