Tall bamboo

Hello, I would like to try a screening bamboo to cover a large area between myself and my neighbors. What would be the tallest bamboo with the thickest culms that would do well in NE Ohio? I have heard rubromarginata but would like to hear other ideas. Thanks for any help

RE: Tall bamboo

How tall are you hoping it to be? Most types of bamboo can grow up to 10 - 20 feet tall. Or were you more concerned with a type that would do well in Ohio?
