Favorite clumpers for edible shoots?

I'm really enjoying collecting different varieties of clumping bamboo. I have 1 1/4 acres and have planted a bamboo barrier on the east side and 3/4 of my north side. I'm looking for unusual varieties to finish the last 50 feet of my north side. This is a combo wind screen/ privacy barrier with no restrictions on height. any suggestions?

You might as well go with one of the giant dendrocalamus species if tropical clumpers are your only choice.

I doubt the running types can grow without a cool period if you are in zone 9b.

There are some runners near here that have gone rampant. If I did find a choice edible runner I would have to build a super rhizome barrier. Thanks I will check out the dendrocalamus.
