Are you intending to grow these inside with no other light? And how many bamboo do you think you can grow in this fairly small space? Also, what are you intending to do with these bamboo after they start growing?

1. yes. No other light.
2. I'm expect maybe 10 small vivax.
3. I will plant them to my backyard in spring.

That should be enough light if the plants are small and do not shade one another too much. I've grown bamboo inside with nothing but indirect light. In the winter, humidity is low inside, so I suggest you mist these bamboo several times a week.
