| Bought 3 Fargesia Rufa bamboo plants in pot yesterday. Hubby wants to plant them in the front yard along the walkway to our main entrance. I like bamboo, but am not sure if it is a good idea to plant them in front yard. Not sure if they will survive the winter... if they will look too ratty in winter... Would appreciate any input as well as pictures of bamboo planted in front yard.
Thanks in advance. |

| I am not sure winter/Rufa/zone5 but bamboo in front yard look not bad if they are in a good shape. To hide the boo leave Mulch ground, rise garden bed is one of the good ways. They will/should look much better when mature
