Growing Chinese bamboo in the mountains of NM

I want to plant and grow a bamboo grove like the ones grown in China in a mountainous area of NM, near Red River. How to do this? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

What hardiness zone are you? How cold does it get in the winter? How hot in the summer? How much rainfall? What sort of soil do you have?
