Looking for a place in SC to dig bamboo

good morning! I need a screen in the worst way. I planted a row of virginia pines but now they are thinning at the bottom and the view from our neighbor's yard is almost clear. This has got to be fixed ASAP!

The pine trees will be removed or trimmed as needed so the bamboo can thrive. But I need a bunch. The fence line is probably 300' long, but I don't have to do all of it at once. This is rural land so I am not concerned about runners.

What I need is a place to dig bamboo. I'd prefer a large running variety. Anyone know of a place that I can dig? I live in the middle of SC but I am willing to travel to NC or Georgia if I can get enough to make the drive worth while.

I'm in Greenville SC. I have plenty of it... Not sure if you want the fully grown ones or the little ones.
