Best bamboo for privacy?

I'm looking for the quickest growing, tallest and thickest bamboo available. Expense is a huge issue so nothing fancy needed. We have the neighbors from **** that continue to lurk on our acreage borders so want something fast. (Anyone have any ideas for neighbors that are surveillancing us?) I love bamboo and think this would be a great addition plus serve multiple issues. Our corner border looks directly into our house where they lurk. If you have anything that you'd part with, I can pay shipping and a reasonable price if required. Over 300 feet+ that needs a barrier. TIA

Can you make it to Puyallup, WA next Saturday (the 30th)?
The PNW chapter or the American Bamboo Society is having a meeting at WSU's Bamboo research groves. You can see what seven species of bamboo look like after 5 years in the ground in Western Washington.
