Sorry for the bad news, but it is actually against Gardenweb Terms of Service to make such a request. If you have something to trade, check out the Plant Exchange Forum. If you don't have something to trade, you can look for free offers but should not be asking for them on this website.

The Louisiana Nursery in Opelousas has a very nice selection of bamboo if you are willing to drive 20 miles or so.

Does anyone know how to grow Bamboo? Can you grow it from seeds or does it grow from a root and if anyone has any that would like to send, please feel free... Appreciate it.

You can grow bamboo from roots, but it's not that easy if you're not experienced, and it will take years to size up if you succeed. You also don't typically grow it from seed since bamboo take decades to flower and seeds are not often available. If you know someone who has bamboo, you can dig out a division, but this can be challenging for a beginner as it's hard work and you have to make sure you get a decent size root ball without shocking the plant so badly that you kill it.

Bottom line: most people generally buy themselves an intact, potted bamboo plant (root ball plus at least one culm) at a nursery.
