Maybe Bambusa multiplex 'Tiny Fern' or Fernleaf.

I'm unaware of any bamboo, clumping or running, that need cold dormancy to prevent leaf drop. Where did you find that info?

I have red margin bamboo and b. gracillis in containers on my patio. I would like to bring one of them indoors for an indoor plant. Which will do better indoors? The ceiling in my house where the plant would be is about 16 feet. It gets limited lighting.
