Does anybody have any bamboo that i could use in my room?

I have a jungle theme going on and it would look perfect right next to my poster of an elephant. I would also like somthing that i could maybe put out side in pots in front of my house.

What you're looking for is Lucky Bamboo. You should be able to find it for $6-$10 at any local Wal-Mart or Lowes. Just set the bottom tip in water and let it grow! Couldnt be simpler.

As for outside your house, a Golden Goddess or a Black bamboo might be best.

Just be aware that "Lucky Bamboo" is not a real bamboo, but an imaginatively named houseplant...

Yes, i wanted actually real bamboo. I realy like the black bamboo, it looks almost purple. As for my house, are ceilings are about 10 feet high and the main living room has a 20 foot high ceiling. Does anyone have any cuttings or rhizomes that have just started to grow that i could have.

I could prolly pay shipping deppending on how much it is.
