Is any one successfully growing the above in zone 6? I am getting conflicting reports of hardiness. I have a shady area I would like to try pleioblastus chino elegantissimus. We rarely get to below 0.
Also Phyllostachys bambusoides Marliac. I see it listed as 5 degrees F. Anyone growing it successfully in the midwest?
Thanks,
Jennifer
