What variety to plant and Where to get it.

Gee, I never realized there were so many different varieties of bamboo. I'd like to grow my own bean poles which means about 1 in diameter and 10 ft or more tall. It would be nice if the shoots were eddible too. What do y'all suggest and where can I get a few rizisms?

Never mind, I found what I was looking for on Google. Also learned to spell rhisome. Lol
