I have potted Phyllostachys aureosulcata in my home and office. They don't seem to mind the conditions...morning light, more even temps. I put them outdoors in summer, though it isn't necessary to do so.

Please can you tell me if your Phyllostachys
aureosulcata 'Spectabilis' is ok?

Did he adapted to indoor conditions. I'm about to make some experiences and would like to know what bamboo specie is more suitable for indoor.

I know that almost all phyllostachys loves sun, being Ph. nigra a small exception and i know the importance of humidity. Finally it's important to give phyllostachys some rest in winter (irrigate very little) and in this period they like cooler temperatures, temperatures that normally we don't have in our houses.

So, this is a challenge.
