Could be, but impossible to tell from that picture as it is too close to provide necessary details. If you want a more definitive answer, post some more pictures: 1) a picture from further away to show the overall planting (with something for scale, like a person); 2) one or more pictures of a stem/culm (with something for scale, like a hand); 3) a picture of some leaves (with a hand for scale). And if you re-post, can you get the pictures to be rotated correctly? I'm assuming the one above is sideways, or is it looking straight down, or what?
