Bamboo really does not like to live inside unless it is something like a sun room or attached greenhouse. You are probably infested with some kind of insects. This happened to me once and it turned out to be a bad infestation of Mealy bugs. By the time I figured it out it was too late to save the boo. Mine was a Bambusa Oldhami. Check your leaves closely for signs of isects such as leaves curling, sticky feel, webs...there are many kinds of insects that love to infest the plants we bring indoors. You can try using an insecticide after determining what is attacking your boo. (spray outside if possible) Good luck~
