I am interested in purchasing a Bambusa vulgaris 'Wamin'bamboo. I live near Portland, Oregon. Can I bring it indoors each Winter? Thanks! Jen

Portland is USDA 8, you have to be on the southern Oregon coast to keep Zone 9 plants going. If you have an indoor spot it takes to, keep it there all the time.
