The only thing that will work is finding and destroying the wasp nest. I'd leave the bees alone; they're beneficial to your garden and the environment.

2 reasons bees might be interested.
a: honeydew from insect infestation (a sugar source)
b: water from guttation.
Wasps would also like the above in addition to fibers to masticate in order to construct their nests.

Look for the presence of sooty mold and sticky droplets to rule out honeydew.
If you have in insect infestation it is detrimental to the bamboo and you might try a soil drench systemic such as imidacloprid sold as "Merit"

Thanks for the response, will look more deeper.need to know this, can I use a spray or something that won't harm the bamboo.know the stuff in the can called WASP AND BEE SPRAY.saw some bees and spray them bees away in the bushes .notice the spray made the bushes brown .thought if I use that can spray on the bamboo it would harm it.that's what I'm asking.what's a good spray that wont harm the bamboo. I do like sitting under the bamboo, and not worry about if some bee or wasp is going to sting me. really thanks a lot
