It's a good species. I have a row of them planted in a filtered, eastern exposure. They take a few years to establish. I have been dividing the plants for a couple of years now in order to expand the hedge.

Ocimum, it is beautiful!!! I am looking forward to mine getting that large. Is that a basjoo banana to the left? I have a basjoo planted about 10 feet to the left of mine, it is currently covered with it's winter coat. :)
