Potted Bambusa Textillis lost all leaves

I have a small potted bambusa trextillis that I purchased this year (about 4 months ago)I was planning on leaving it in the pot until it got a little bigger before planting in the ground.

Well we had a couple of frosts and I left it outside now all of the leaves are gone. Our frosts have been quick overnight and in the morning and then it has warmed up. Do you think I killed this bamboo and what is the best thing to do now? Should I bring it indoors?

You should bring it indoors and keep it in light if possible and water prudently. I had the same thing happen to me last year: lost all leaves and a couple of culms because it dropped to 20 deg F overnight before I remembered to get the pot inside. It looked dead but came back in the spring and is fine now. Don't give up. Just baby it.

THnaks Kudzu, the weather is crazy here. It is supposed to be getting into the 70's this friday.
