Hello there!

I recently recieved a Lucky Bamboo plant as a gift. It was given to me in soil and some of its leaves were turning a little yellow.

But the main thing I'm worried about is its stalks. All three of them are shriveling in some way or another.

I asked a woman at Gales what to do and she said to take it out of the soil and let it sit in just water for a while. I did this, but also took it to a local greenhouse. They told me to cut it above the shriveling and allow new roots to grow. The roots are looking pretty healthy, but I wanted some other opinions.
