| Want to plant Bamboo this spring on my hunting property, is there any that will survive?? Looking for a running type that will take over large areas. I think Deer would love the cover. |

| In your Zone, I doubt that even the very hardiest bamboo (like Ph. nuda), will survive the winter. Ph. nuda can only handle -20F for a day or two before it dies off completely, and it looks like you may have extended periods of winter that are colder than that for days or weeks. Sorry... |
