| This is an ensete glaucum that I purchased last year as a seedling and overwintered in my office with very little growth. Late last week I noticed what appeared to be a "pup" and ensete gluacums procreate by seeds and not pups.
Well now if you look closely at the picture there is another "pup" growing. I bought this ensete from a reputable dealer and until now it was growing the way ensete's grow. Any thoughts? Bill |

| I don't think they're ensetes at all. I think you have some Dwarf Cavendish bananas. |

| No, ensete don't produce pups. How about tropicana (small cavendish variety). |
