Nice looking bunch there. To answer your question from the main forum, those bananas won't get much, if any, bigger. Basjoo doesn't make big bananas. I've had basjoo since 2000 and in that time it has flowered a lot. The biggest fruit I ever measured was 5". Its really neat to see them produce bananas even though they never get very big.

My neighbor has one she just got this year. How long did it take yours to bloom? She's under the impression it could be years before hers blooms.

Oh, we are in Charlottesville, VA so not very far from Richmond. I assume you take yours inside during the winter. Do you let it go dormant or keep it in a greenhouse?
