| I've had a Blood Banana in a pot for several years on the patio. This year (technically last year now!) I pulled the pot from the patio when temps started to drop and put it in the garage, only to forget about it. This pot usually heads to work with my husband for the winter. The leaves have died back completely, the plant itself is still potted. It will have to remain in the garage for the winter, but temps there never get cold enough to kill off anything (I store several plants in there over winter). What should I do from here? Do I cut back the top and dig it up? Do I just leave it alone? Any help would be appreciated! |

| Leave it alone - when it wakens in the spring, new shoots will come from the area of the dried leaves. |
