Hi guys, I am a tropical enthusiast with palms and bananas in my Southampton, NY house! I have Windmills, and musa basjoos waiting to be planted currently! My question is, what types of bananas can I try here in my zone? And does the Musa Basjoo need any type protection in my zone? Also, if anyone knows some Palms I can plant with MINIMAL protection (like at most burlap and mulch, but not having to cover the fronds and besides needles, minors, windmills and birminghams because I know about these already) it'd be great if you could tell me!
