Banana plant yellowing leaves

My banana plant is about 2 years old and the leaves are all starting to change to a pale yellow, then turn brown and die. I have other plants that I bought at the same time and have no problems with them. I have checked to see if there were any spider mites but no sign of them. I keep the plants inside and they get 6+ hours of sun each day. I spray the leaves with water every 2-3 days, along with normal watering. Before the leaves began changing color, I noticed a change in the growth of the leaves. They were coming out more often (2 or 3 at a time) and they had become smaller. I will try to post a picture of it, but I'm not sure how to do that. Can anyone give me suggestions on how to save it? Or is this something that can happen to them normally? It has not had any pups yet.
