That is good to know. Seems like some people have trouble with pests in the corms of thier AE AE bananas.
Here's what I've been wondering about: I was looking at some posts the other day about the systemic Bayer tree drench for citrus pests. From what I read on the posts, It is supposed to be a once a year thing and work on all sorts of pests and be ok to use on citrus even though it is a systemic (that it may be approved in the future for citrus ?) -not supposed to get into the flowers/fruit of the citrus. Now does anyone know if it works on bananas too and if it gets into the banana flower/fruit? I was thinking it might be good for corm pests for AEAE and other bananas.... any thoughts on this?
