Definitely a "red" banana. The trunk blew over in our high winds in January, after about 4 months on the "tree" and are getting ripe this week. Not a big bunch (typical of red varieties), and the bananas are about 2-1/2" long.

| Can you tell me the difference between a 'dwarf red' and a 'dwarf Jamaican red' banana? |

| I have both. The Dwf Red is stouter, less red in the trunk, and less cold sensitive (by comparison)- assuming both were labeled correctly. I have a second "Dwarf Red" which is about 12' tall - so guess that one isn't a dwarf. |
