Those temp swings don't sound too bad, kinda like areas of the pacific northwest in the late spring, early fall. Musa sikkimensis does well with those type of temp swings.
I'd be more worried about your intense summers. You might need to put up some shade cloth this summer so they don't fry, and not forgetting a watering. Musa balbisiana, and Ensete glaucum seem to handle heat stress/drought well, probably some other edibles too, like FHIA 3 which was bred for heat/drought hardiness.

I was gonna put a bamboo shade in May for the majority of the balcony but I just put it up now and here it is still March!! But the new leaves that were great on my nanners got crisp after a fwe of the mid 80s days. Does that make sense?
