Good tasting and Hardy

During the first 2 weeks of February Houston had only 1 night above freezing. Freezing rains, hard ice, lows in the mid 20s. My Rajapuri clumps were totally unprotected and not in a micro-climate, other than typical residential neighborhood. Though defoliated the entire stem of most of them are still very much alive and growing.
