Is my lasiocarpa getting ready to bloom??

I have had this plant for 2 years now and the leaves have been the standard banana leaves.. but as I was getting it ready for transplanting I noticed that I have 2 leaves(?) that are downright plump, and they do not look like the regular leaves.. more like half of a leaf, I am posting a pic of it... what do you think??

Well, it dawned on me after looking at many pictures of the Lasiocarpa getting ready to bloom.. well, I was asking the impossible!! This poor plant is looking mighty sad, it has been in the "winter plant room" and has had no attention, I think it might be trying to bloom but I will have to give it some sun and attention... OK, I am embarassed..:/.. nuff said.

Yes, sir. It looks like what I can best describe as the sepal of a lasio bloom. Break out the cigars, you're going to have a baby.

Thanks Tsmith2579, I knew it was an unusual leaf!! Finally I think I can put it outside in the afternoons.. can I fertilize it now or should I wait until post bloom?
